2208 PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED USES 2208.1 No person shall apply District restricted-use pesticides to schools, child-occupied facilities, waterbody-contingent property, or District property, except as provided in § 2209. 2208.2 No person shall apply non-essential pesticides to schools, child-occupied facilities, waterbody-contingent property, or District property, except as provided in § 2209.
