2604. DATA REQUIREMENTS

2604 DATA REQUIREMENTS 2604.1 A manufacturers shall retain and make data available as follows: (a) Retain data from tests conducted on cigarettes that are offered for sale in the District pursuant to this chapter for three (3) years; and 2. Make data available to the Chief and the Attorney General upon written request to verify compliance with the performance standard required under § 2602.
