2712. INTERFERENCE WITH MEASUREMENT

2712 INTERFERENCE WITH MEASUREMENT 2712.1 It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse, prevent, or interfere with any lawful physical determination or measurement authorized by the Act; Provided, that the provisions of ยง 2712.2 are complied with. 2712.2 No District government officer or employee shall enter any privately owned premise for the purpose of making a lawful, physical determination or measurement authorized by the Act without permission of the resident or a person in the premise, or without a valid search warrant.
