410. ISSUANCE OF FINAL ORDER

410 ISSUANCE OF FINAL ORDER 410.1 Upon closure of the hearing record, the Mayor's Agent shall issue a final written order, including findings of fact and conclusions of law. The final order shall be filed with the record of the case. 410.2 The final order shall be based only upon the exclusive record of the hearing or any lesser portions of the exclusive record that may be agreed upon by the parties at the hearing. 410.3 The Mayor's Agent shall give notice to each party participating in the hearing, by serving the party with a copy of the final order. 410.4 The final order shall be issued as expeditiously as possible after closure of the hearing record. 410.5 The final order shall be effective fifteen (15) days after service.
