3905. RECORDKEEPING

3905 RECORDKEEPING 3905.1 A BSO shall maintain, for three (3) years, records used to: (a) Document exemptions under § 3901.2; (b) Prepare battery stewardship plans pursuant to § 3902; (c) Prepare annual registration forms pursuant to § 3900.1(e); and (d) Prepare annual reports pursuant to § 3903. 3905.2 The BSO shall provide or make available to DOEE for inspection any record, including reports, electronic records, certifications, or any other document, that is required to be maintained by § 3905.1.
