306 LEGAL SUFFICIENCY REVIEW 306.1 As of October 1, 2021, the legal sufficiency review of any covenant required by the Zoning Regulations, including the modification or termination of an existing covenant requiring the approval of the Office of the Attorney General, shall be performed by the Office of Zoning Legal Division.
