722 CONSUMER PRODUCTS - REGISTERED UNDER FIFRA 722.1 For consumer products registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, (FIFRA; 7 U.S.C. § 136-136y), the effective date of the VOC standards is one (1) year after the date specified in § 720.
