775 ARCHITECTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE COATING – EXEMPTIONS 775.1 Sections 773 through 778 do not apply to: (a) Any architectural coating that is sold or manufactured for use outside of the District of Columbia or for shipment to other manufacturers for reformulation or repackaging; (b) Any aerosol coating product; or (c) Any architectural coating that is sold in a container with a volume of one liter (1 L) or one and fifty-seven hundredths quarts (1.057 q.) or less.
