907 VEHICLE EMISSION STANDARDS - Fleet Average Greenhouse Gas Requirements 907.1 For all new vehicles subject to § 905, compliance with the California Fleet Average Greenhouse Gas Requirements shall be demonstrated by each motor vehicle manufacturer. 907.2 Compliance with § 907.1 shall be based on the number of vehicles, subject to this chapter, produced and delivered for sale in the District of Columbia by each manufacturer.
