10101 Purpose 10101.1 The purpose of this chapter is to supplement provisions of the Act, which sets minimum, reasonable standards for licensure of ALRs in the District of Columbia. This chapter is intended to promote the principles of the Act, and establish additional minimum standards as necessary to protect assisted living residents’ health, safety, and welfare.
