10205 REPORT OF CHANGES 10205.1 The license holder shall notify the department in writing no later than ten (10) days after any change which would render the information contained in the application for the license, reported pursuant to § 10204 (relating to Licensing Procedures), no longer accurate. Failure to inform the department no later than ten (10) days after a change in the information required in the application for a license may result in a suspension or revocation of the license following a hearing.
