10413 WHERE TO FIND REPORTING CODES USED WITH MEDICAL DEVICE REPORTS 10413.1 The Department shall publish adverse events on its website. 10413.2 The Department may sometimes use additional coding of information on the reporting forms or modify the existing codes.
