1564. SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS (FT)

1564 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS (FT) 1564.1 The Board of Zoning Adjustment, after public hearing, may waive or vary the requirements of this chapter relating to building setback, landscaping, and fencing, as a special exception in accordance with § 3104; provided, that the proposed variations in standards are generally consistent with the chapter.
