219 MATERNAL MORTALITY REPORTING 219.1 Each health care facility shall report to the Department all maternal mortalities, as defined in § 299.1. 219.2 All health care facilities shall report all maternal mortalities required by § 219.1 in writing within five (5) days after death and before final disposition of the corpse.
