1003 AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE FINES, SUSPEND, AND REVOKE LICENSES 1003.1 The Board may fine, as set forth in the schedule of civil penalties, and suspend or revoke the license of, any licensee during the license period if the licensee violates any provision of the Act or this subtitle.
