302. BARRING NOTICES

BARRING NOTICES 302.1 A internet retailer or retailer shall have the right to refuse service to a qualifying patient or caregiver who: Engages in abusive, intimidating, threatening, or disruptive conduct while on the premises of a internet retailer or retailer; or Presents a registration identification card that appears to have been fraudulent, tampered, altered, or owned by another person. A internet retailer or retailer shall have the right to seek a barring notice from MPD to keep a qualifying patient or caregiver who has engaged in abusive, intimidating, threatening, or disruptive conduct from unlawfully entering the registered premises as prohibited by D.C.
