5100. REGISTRATION PERIODS

5100 REGISTRATION PERIODS 5100.1 Each license issued by the Board shall be valid for three (3) years unless otherwise stated in this title, except in the following circumstances: (a) When suspended or revoked; and (b) When the registration takes effect on a date in between the dates established by the Board for the regular renewal registration period, in which case the registration shall be valid only until the end of the registration period.
