5405. ABANDONMENT OF APPLICATION

5405 ABANDONMENT OF APPLICATION 5405.1 The Board may deem an application abandoned or withdrawn if an applicant fails to provide any additional documents within thirty (30) days of a request from ABCA or the Board for additional or required information. 5405.2 An applicant may seek an extension of time to submit documents needed to process the application upon a showing of good cause. An extension granted by the Board shall not exceed thirty (30) days.
