5409. EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

5409 EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS 5409.1 The application for an employee registration shall include: (a) Written statements or evidence establishing to the satisfaction of the Board that the applicant meets all of the registration qualifications.
