5419 CONTINUANCES 5419.1 The Board may, on the request of both an affected ANC and the applicant, extend an affected ANC’s comment period deadline for the sole purpose of allowing the ANC to vote on and provide comment on a dispensary, cultivation center, or testing laboratory registration application.
