5422 PRESUMPTION OF APPROPRIATENESS 5422.1 If notice in accordance with the Act and this chapter is provided and no valid objection regarding appropriateness is filed by a protestant, the application shall be presumed to be appropriate for the locality, section, or portion of the District where it is located.
