5441 SUCCESSOR ANC 5441.1 After the approval of a settlement agreement between the licensee and an ANC or the filing of a protest, if the District legally changes the boundaries of ANCs and the licensed location is located in a new ANC’s jurisdiction, the new ANC shall, to the extent consistent with governing law, be deemed the successor-in-interest and replace the original ANC as a party to the agreement and the protest.
