5601 POSTING OF IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT BY RETAILER AND INTERNET RETAILER 5601.1 The notice required to be posted by the retailer shall state that no person shall be sold medical cannabis who does not produce both: (a) A valid registration card issued by the Board or valid out of state documentation demonstrating enrollment in another jurisdiction’s medical cannabis program; and (b) A valid government issued photo identification document displaying proof of age that matches the name on the registration card. 5601.2 An internet retailer shall be required to post the information required by § 5601.1 on its website.
