5700 SALE, PURCHASE, AND POSSESSION OF MEDICAL CANNABIS 5700.1 A licensed internet retailer or retailer shall not receive or purchase medical cannabis from a source other than a cultivation center or manufacturer licensed in the District of Columbia. 5700.2 It is a violation for the retailer to allow a person to possess, use, or consume any cannabis or cannabis products not sold or distributed by a licensed internet retailer or retailer.
