5702 UNSEALED PACKAGES IN COMMERCIAL OR PUBLIC VEHICLES 5702.1 No driver of a commercial or public vehicle in the District of Columbia shall have in their possession, while in or on the vehicle, any opened or unsealed package containing medical cannabis.
