5708. COMPENSATION OR GIFTS

5708 COMPENSATION OR GIFTS 5708.1 It shall be a violation of this subtitle for a medical cannabis business, or a director, officer, member, incorporator, agent, or employee of a medical cannabis business to provide financial compensation, an office, or anything of value to an authorized practitioner who recommends the use of medical cannabis. 5708.2 A medical cannabis business shall not be permitted to hold educational seminars, classes, or discussions regarding medical cannabis for authorized practitioners. 5708.3 It shall be a violation of this subtitle for a medical cannabis business, or a director, officer, member, incorporator, agent, or employee of a medical cannabis business to provide financial compensation, an office, or anything of value to a testing laboratory or the testing laboratory's director, officer, member, incorporator, agent, or employee.
