6212 REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CITATION 6212.1 A licensee may challenge the issuance of a citation issued by an ABCA Investigator by requesting a show cause hearing before the Board either in writing or on a form provided by ABCA. The written request for a show cause hearing must be received by ABCA within thirty (30) days from the date that the citation was issued to the establishment.
