600 LIMITATIONS ON CAREGIVERS 600.1 A caregiver shall only possess and dispense medical cannabis to a qualifying patient, and possess and use paraphernalia, for the sole purpose of assisting in the administration of medical cannabis to a qualifying patient in accordance with the Act and this subtitle.
