807. TELEHEALTH MEDICINE

807 TELEHEALTH MEDICINE Authorized practitioners may provide telehealth medicine services to qualifying patients, including recommending the use of medical cannabis in accordance with this title, consistent with the laws and regulations governing their medical practice. For purposes of this section, "telehealth medicine" means the use of electronic information and telecommunication technologies, including teleconference and videoconference, to provide care when the qualifying patient and the authorized practitioner are not in the same place at the same time.
