1608. SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES

1608 SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES
1608.1 The phrase “settlement conference” found in Title 25 of the D.C. Official Code shall be considered synonymous with the phrase “mediation” and shall have the same meaning in these regulations.
