202 PUBLIC AUCTION PERMIT 202.1 A public auction permit shall authorize the following persons to auction alcoholic beverages for sale at a Board-approved location for purchase by other licensees or members of the public: A licensee that is going out of business or whose license has been cancelled, revoked, or not renewed by the Board; or An involuntary transfer license holder.
