402 BOARD CHECK SHEET 402.1 The Board check sheet to be made available to the public and considered by the Board in renewing a license shall contain the following information: (a) A compliance check of the establishment involving ABC laws and regulations; (b) Verification that the applicant has submitted a police clearance pursuant to § 502 and is eligible to receive a license; (c) Verification of the owner of the license; (d) A listing of the establishment's permitted hours for sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages and permitted hours of operation; and (e) A copy of the establishment’s cooperative agreement or settlement agreement, if any.
