1513 APPEAL 1513.1 An owner may seek judicial review before the District of Columbia Superior Court within five (5) days of: The President or his or her designee mailing notice of a final decision under § 1509.1; or The President or his or her designee mailing or delivering notice that the owner has failed to comply with the conditions of release pursuant to § 1511.
