2807 Inclusionary Housing Requirements (HE) 2807.1 Development that is subject to the Inclusionary Zoning Program set forth in Chapter 26 shall be constructed according to the provisions set forth in § 2808, notwithstanding any bonus they may be granted by Chapter 26.
