3503 PUBLIC SPACE FEES FOR INTERCITY BUS OPERATORS 3503.1 The intercity bus service operator shall be required to pay the annual permit fee listed in 24 DCMR § 225.1(q). 3503.2 In addition to the fee referenced in § 3503.1, the applicant shall pay any other applicable public space fee listed in 24 DCMR § 225.1 to the Department, including lost parking meter revenue caused by the use of the public right-of-way for the intercity bus service passenger loading zone.
