1710 FNS-2 POLICY FOCUS AREAS 1710.1 The Comprehensive Plan has identified eight areas in Far Northeast and Southeast as Policy Focus Areas, indicating that they require a level of direction and guidance above that in the prior section of this Area Element and in the Citywide Elements.
