2915 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS 2915.1 All uses not permitted as a matter-of-right in the C-3-C District but permitted as special exceptions in the C-1, C-2, and C-3 Districts are permitted as special exceptions in the USN District if approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment under § 3104, except that Sexually-Oriented Businesses shall be prohibited.
