4399. DEFINITIONS

4399 DEFINITIONS The following definitions shall apply to terms used in this chapter: Covered employee – an individual, including a volunteer, who provides direct or indirect services at an organization: That focuses on reproductive health care; or (b) Whose primary purpose is serving victims of a covered offense. Covered offense – domestic violence, a sexual offense, stalking, or human trafficking as specified in Sections 101(8), (9), (15), and (16) of the Act (D.C. Official Code §§ 4-555.01(8), (9), (15) and (16)). Director – the Director of the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants. Office or OVSJG – the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants.
