4500. APPLICABILITY, PERMIT REQUIREMENT, AND CERTIFICATE OF USE REQUIREMENT

4500 APPLICABILITY, PERMIT REQUIREMENT, AND CERTIFICATE OF USE REQUIREMENT 4500.1 This chapter shall apply to all Streateries. 4500.2 No person or entity shall occupy the parking lane of a roadway, an alley, or a travel lane for the purposes of creating a Streatery without a Streatery Permit. 4500.3 No person or entity shall operate a Streatery without first having obtained a Certificate of Use.
