513 MOBILE ROADWAY VENDING SITE PERMIT: APPLICATION 513.1 A person seeking to vend pursuant to § 533 shall submit an application for a Mobile Roadway Vending (MRV) Site Permit to the DCRA Director with the person’s application for an initial Vending Business License. 513.2 The application for a MRV Site Permit shall be made on a form prescribed by the DCRA Director and shall include such information and documents as may be required by the DCRA Director and the District agency issuing or assigning the license, permit, or certificate.
