552 OPERATIONAL STANDARDS: AUTHORIZED HOURS OF OPERATIONS 552.1 Vendors may operate only during the following hours: (a) Sunday through Thursday, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and (b) Friday and Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. the next day; provided, that vendors operating in Residential Zones, as specified in the District of Columbia Zoning Regulations, shall not vend past 10:00 p.m. on any night of the week. 552.2 Notwithstanding § 552.1, the Vending Site Permit for each Vending Location in a Vending Development Zone shall establish the hours of operation for that Vending Location.
