615 TRANSFER AND MODIFICATION OF LICENSES 615.1 Upon any change in the ownership, management, or mailing address of a licensed valet parking business, the licensee shall immediately notify the Director of that fact. 615.2 The new owner, resident general agent, or attorney, as the case may be, shall be responsible for the conduct of the business after a change in ownership or management and shall, in a timely manner, file a new application with the Director.
