813 FEES 813.1 The following fee schedule shall be applicable during the inaugural period: License or Permit Fee (a) Oversized vehicles and floats $19.00; (b) Railroad sleeping cars (per car per day) 10.00 ; (c) Merchandise vendors 15.00; (d) Food vendors 25.00; (e) Food vendors - assistants or helpers 1.00; (f) Electrical permit (See D.C.
