2202 LUBRICATING AND REASSEMBLING ─ FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES, AND EQUIPMENT 2202.1 Lubricants as specified in § 3408 shall be applied to food-contact surfaces that require lubrication in a manner that does not contaminate food-contact surfaces. 2202.2 Equipment shall be reassembled so that food-contact surfaces are not contaminated.
