2718. REMOVAL - RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES

2718 REMOVAL ─ RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES 2718.1 Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises by way of: (a) Portable receptacles that comply with this chapter; or (b) A District-licensed transport vehicle.
