3204 PHYSICAL FACILITIES ─ CLEANING MAINTENANCE TOOLS, PREVENTING CONTAMINATION 3204.1 Food preparation sinks, handwashing sinks, and warewashing equipment shall not be used to clean maintenance tools, to prepare or hold maintenance materials, or to dispose of mop water or similar liquid wastes.
