4106 VARIANCES ─ NOTIFICATION OF DECISION TO GRANT, DENY, OR CHANGE CONDITIONS 4106.1 The Department shall notify the applicant in writing of its decision to grant or deny the variance. 4106.2 If a variance is granted, the notification shall specify the period of time for which the variance shall be effective and the alternative measures or conditions, if any, the applicant shall meet. 4106.3 A licensee to whom a variance has been issued shall notify the Department in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of a material change in the conditions upon which the variance was granted.
