4108 VARIANCES ─ DENIAL, REVOCATION, OR REFUSAL TO RENEW 4108.1 The Department shall notify the applicant in writing of the denial, revocation or refusal to renew a variance if it determines that the criteria in § 4102 or the conditions in § 4104 are not met. 4108.2 The written notification denying, revoking, or refusing to renew a variance shall set out the applicant’s right to a hearing in accordance with Chapter 48.
