4207 CONSTRUCTION, INSPECTION AND APPROVAL ─ PRE- OPERATIONAL INSPECTIONS 4207.1 The Department shall conduct one (1) or more preoperational inspections to verify that the food establishment is constructed and equipped in accordance with the approved plans and approved modifications of those plans, has established standard operating procedures as specified in § 4201.1(g), and is in compliance with the law and this Code.
