4306. ISSUANCE REQUIREMENT - NOTICE OF OPENING, DISCONTINUANCE OF OPERATION, AND POSTING

4306 ISSUANCE REQUIREMENT ─ NOTICE OF OPENING, DISCONTINUANCE OF OPERATION, AND POSTING 4306.1 The food establishment shall provide notice of opening to the Department at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the opening date. 4306.2 A food establishment shall provide notice to the Department of its intent to shut down permanently or temporarily at least fourteen (14) calendar days before discontinuing operations. 4306.3 All licenses, Certificate of Occupancy, and current inspection reports shall be conspicuously posted within the food establishment.
